All fall refunds are subject to a $50.00 administration fee, which covers the fees we pay to our registration provider and the extra work required when a player withdraws.  Refunds for the Fall Season after August 30th will be at the discretion of the Club Executive.  No refunds for the Fall Season after September 30th.

Any withdrawals prior to the first Friday prior to the first session of academy will be granted minus a $50.00 fee. No refunds for Academy will be granted once Academy has started.

Spring/Summer Programs

No refunds will be granted once the program has started

Financial Assistance

South Delta United works with two organizations that ensure that kids who might not otherwise have the means to participate in sport do not get left on the sidelines.  All applications are considered confidential.

Delta KidSport assists individual athletes whose financial opportunities are limited. KidSport offers grants to children U5 to U18 years of age who need assistance with the funds required to cover their sports registration fees. KidSport believes no child should have to sit on the sidelines if they really want to play. Parents who require assistance must fill out an application and submit it to our registrars.  South Delta encourages donations to this organization.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart is more than just about getting kids active. It’s about giving kids from families in financial need the same chance to participate as their neighbours, their classmates and their friends. Whether it’s the chance to try a new sport or to continue with a favourite one, no kid should be left out.
The vision of Jumpstart is simple: Canada, where all kids have a chance to fulfill their dreams.
